540 Atlantic Avenue Rises In Boerum Hill, Brooklyn
Construction is progressing on 540 Atlantic Avenue, a two- tower residential development in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, with architecture designed by NA Design Studio, developed by JCS Realty, and structural design performed by Elevated Engineering NYC. The project consists of two eight-story wings, housing 159 residential units, ground-floor commercial space, and enclosed parking. Recent photos show the southern wing nearing its final floor, while the northern wing is still in the foundation phase. Renderings highlight a modern design with beige brick, large windows, and landscaped terraces matching the aesthetics surrounding Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center. JCS Realty acquired the site for $38.5 million and completion is expected by fall 2025.

Staying Involved with the Community
Elevated Engineering NYC was founded in 2020 and beyond leading the firm, Principal Engineer Tal Azulay remains dedicated to supporting the engineering community in New York City. His passion for advancing the industry was recently highlighted when he spoke at a seminar hosted by SEAoNY, where he shared insights into his journey of launching his own structural engineering practices and discussed the challenges he faced and how he overcame them.
Company Events – Team Building!
Our structural engineering company is steadily growing, and as we expand, we recognize the importance of fostering a strong, connected team. We recently held a bowling event to bring everyone together, allowing us to unwind, bond, and celebrate our progress. Taking the time for team-building activities and well-deserved breaks is essential to maintaining a positive and motivated workplace. We look forward to more moments like these as we continue to grow and build a strong foundation for the future!
